Well, looks like it’s time to sell house.

Breaking news, Deandre Hopkins has been traded to the Chiefs (NFL is losing their mind they love it). Once again, a star (supposed to be) receiver doesn’t want to leave Nashville and gets traded. Now, this is not even nearly close to the level of pain we felt with AJ Brown, but it still hurts. However, I don’t think this is the wrong move. 

I have personally had an interesting relationship with DHop, where he terrorized our team for years on the Texans, and then he comes here and I love him. Then, he gets put into a terrible cluster of a bad roster, bad quarterbacks, and a new coach. In a roundabout way, Titans did get their revenge on him for how mean he used to be in 2018. That’s called coping, because i’m sad he’s gone.

Like I said, I do believe this is the right move, and it’s looking like we might have a bunch more guys traded in the next couple weeks.

The Will Levis experiment looks like it’s over. And that’s not in the sense of we’ve given up on him (kinda have) and he’ll never play again (unfortunately looks like he’s gonna, but not this week we get Mason Rudolph!), it’s the experiment of let’s get these older solidified players and see if Levis has some magic. Newsflash pal, it doesn’t look like any of that’s gonna happen and we’re wasting players away. 

I don’t know who gets traded after this, but since we’ve already started, let’s sell everybody. Flood gates have opened and we’re not winning more than 6 games this season, so let’s get some draft picks or something. If I had to guess, I think Diggs, Boyd, Landry, or Big Jeff gets trades soon.

The Titans have truly tested me and the rest of our fan base this season. Nobody is excited, or even talking about the Titans. We’re in maybe the worst spot in the NFL, where people don’t even think about you as an NFL team. 

Oh shit, Titans played yesterday? Oh they lost? Oh okay makes sense. 

That’s every NFL fan in the world getting caught up on weekend games. 

It’s pathetic. Embarrassing. 

Titans go from having, allegedly, one of the best off seasons in the league, to having everything blow up in our faces and we’re made to look like fools. 

This season is a wash. I’m sad. Titans are dead. Sell everybody who cares. I want 30 draft picks this year. Maybe one of them can play quarterback. 

Titans have officially been downgraded to the split screen multi-view on YouTube TV. They don’t even get a full screen in my house anymore. But I can’t stop watching. 

Titans lose to Lions this week 38-10, after Titans come out to a 7-3 lead in the first half.

The Titans continue to put my brain and soul in a neverending pretzel every week, and it’s becoming hard for me to even care anymore.

But we’re troopers. Grinders. Losers.

So we will keep watching this stinky team play.

That was an attempt to keep my spirits up and make me feel better, but then I started thinking about the Titans again, and now i’m sad. 

Titans are dead.
